I woke up this morning for a real hankering for a tasty breakfast. My first thought was pancakes but french toast sounded much easier!
First the pan was left to heat up with some oil, while I beat two eggs with some milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Two slices of bread were soaked thoroughly in the egg mixture and fried one at a time in some oil on both sides.
I served this with a little maple syrup and mixed berries. Such a good start to the day!
